First visit in 3 years and the first visit after the transition to Corona 5. A lot has changed. But pork is still good! I will gradually taste it again, but it is a pity that the soba salad has disappeared. This shop is generally delicious, but my favorites were "Tsukuba Mibuta", "Soba", "Raw vegetables" and "Sashimi". The soba salad where you can taste the two is a menu that you have always asked for. Pork is exceptional when heated. Pork shabu-shabu and broiled pork in particular have a strong umami flavor. We recommend eating it before it cools down. In the past, sashimi was good to ask for the recommendation of the day. Also, the tomatoes sometimes had a significantly different flavor. Come to think of it, the baked pudding is gone... that caramelized... I'm hoping for a revival.

After enjoying the hot springs at Kiyu no Yu. There are many menus, including seasonal set menus and a la carte dishes. It's delicious no matter what you eat. We have local sake and beer, and we also have an izakaya-style menu. I like eggs rolled in dashi soup and fried chicken. The garnished vegetables also taste fresh. The white rice and multi-grain rice you can choose are also easy to eat as they taste like sekihan. We recommend a mix of soy sauce and soy milk soft serve ice cream. It seems to be popular with adults as well. There is not a clear difference in color like chocolate and vanilla, but you can taste the rich soy sauce and the refreshing soy milk. I think it would be nice to have hot drinks other than SAZA coffee in the drink corner during the cold season. (There is a vending machine nearby...)

I arrived much earlier than the reservation time of the villa, so I stopped eating in the villa room and decided to have lunch before taking a bath by adjusting the time at the Japanese restaurant "Kome no Hana". Compared to restaurants in other hot spring facilities, this is a Japanese restaurant with a high-class, full-fledged menu, and you can eat at "Kome no Hana" without using ♨. that's right. I thought it would be tough to enter ♨ with a belly pan, so I ordered the "Mini Tsukuba Mibuta Soba Set" and my wife ordered the "Mini Tendon Soba Set". I thought it would be a normal pork bowl, but this is delicious. I didn't expect Tsukuba Mibuta to be so delicious, so I regretted not having the Tonteki set meal. The soba was also delicious.
