A soba restaurant in the style of an old folk house. Sprouted soba noodles are very delicious. I received an assortment of three types of Sarashina soba, sprouted soba, and inaka soba, as well as an assortment of shrimp tempura. The taste of soba is strong and the texture is good. Even on weekdays, the restaurant is full and sometimes sells out, so we recommend making a reservation if there's a particular menu you want to try. The staff are also very nice, and this is a shop that I keep coming back to.
