Every dish is exquisite with a twist. Thank you for always taking care of me when I come to Oarai. Today's recommendation is small sea bream with vinegar. Vinegar is not strong, it is used to soften it. It is beautifully arranged like a peony flower, and the thin slices of gari are sandwiched in between. We also had delicious stone sea bream sashimi (fresh and plump), vinegared sea cucumber (exquisite flavor, not sweet and sour), whale (just like horse sashimi or lean tuna), and boiled sea bream (soft and tender)☺

It's a very delicious dish Sometimes you can't get in with a reservation. It looks like a bar, but the food is very delicious.
