I came here because Honke Jikuan was closed. This is my second time, but the taste is consistent. I really like the soup. There were two staff members, but they served the soba slowly, so I deducted points, but the soba and green onion tempura were the best.

Thank you for keeping this space. And this is also a summer Kenchin participating store. So, I received a summer kenchin. It's a polite job. The ingredients were put evenly and neatly, and the ginkgo was happy again. Buckwheat is thin. Also, the green onion tempura was a snack and I couldn't stop.

It was just new soba! The soba restaurants in northern Ibaraki Prefecture, the birthplace of Hitachi Akisoba, not only offer delicious soba noodles, but many of them also have wonderful environments, such as the location in the mountains, the atmosphere of the buildings, and the gardens. Among them, the atmosphere of this Shiomachikan is exceptional. I have never seen a soba restaurant like this. The former Ota Bank building built in 1887. The soba we ate in a space that has been passed down for over 100 years was thinly sliced, juicy, delicate, and luxurious, like a work of art.
