I stopped by this restaurant after watching a live show in Nagano, and I was so impressed by how amazing all the dishes I ordered were! ! ・Appetizer: Salt-grilled rockfish First of all, I was really surprised to see that each person was served a skewered rock fish as part of the appetizer. Also, both the amount of salt and the degree of grilling were excellent. ・Sashimi of snow trout and Shinshu salmon There was no taste at all, and the snow trout in particular was sweet and really delicious. The arrangement of the Tsumas was also very delicate. ・Asami pork roll with Fukumi chicken green onions and Maitake mushrooms The Fukumi chicken was juicy and had great flavor, and the Asami pork and the saltiness and pasteurization of the Maitake mushrooms were also exquisite. ・Yaki Sanzoku Nagano's specialty, Sanzokuyaki, was seasoned with garlic, and the batter was crunchy and had a fun texture! ・Assorted horse sashimi It was an assortment of two types: momo and fillet.
