I happened to pop into a shop on the first floor of the hotel I was staying at. Secure a counter seat. Since I was alone, I ordered some yakitori and it was delicious. The time from ordering to delivery is surprisingly fast.

You can eat ``horse sashimi'' pretty much anywhere, but this was the first time I had the ``futaego'' part of horse meat. It looks like it has more fat than regular horse sashimi (the staff also confirmed this when taking the order), but when you eat it, it's not greasy and it's delicious! We recommend ordering when you visit our store. Deer tataki is similar to bonito tataki. I thought the bee larva was about the size of a silkworm pupa, but it turned out to be about the size of a grain of wheat. I was psychologically overwhelmed (this was my first time eating insects) because they looked cream-colored, brown, black, and had wings on the verge of becoming bees, but the taste was bland and I was able to eat them.
