Nagano, Japan｜だいだらぼっち Daidara Bocchi

Amazing dishes at this Izakaya! We ordered the Chinese yam, beef, chicken and roasted onigiri. All were good! The snacks (cuttlefish that you roast on your own) was tasty. 梅干 sawa was average in my opinion. Portions were large and atmosphere was good. Would recommend! They seem to only provide the Japanese menu though, but I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem ordering by showing photos of google maps.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. The food, sake and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Every dish we ordered was a delight for our taste buds. Special mention to the 馬刺しand 刺身盛り合わせ, it was just chef’s kiss 👌🏻 Highly recommend getting the counter seat to watch the chefs at work. A feast for the eyes and the tummy. Tomato, tomato, tomato

Found this place on tabelog and it didn't disappoint. All thr dishes were exceptional and focused on local produce. Would recommend
