It's my favorite restaurant that I visit every time I come to Nagano, and I visited there two days in a row the other day. This place is characterized by being cheap, voluminous, and delicious, so I didn't order it this time, but the 3 types of sashimi comes with an extra 1.2 items, so it's a good deal, and the freshness is perfect, so I could drink sake forever. Masu. Local sake is also affordable, and you can drink the junmai sake ``Sawa no Hana'' pictured for ¥450, and it is refreshingly dry and recommended. Local Nagano menu items such as locust tsukudani and wasabi leaves (both ¥450) also go well with alcohol. The Nozawana Fried Rice (¥500) is also served on a large plate and is too large for one person. The grilled rice balls are also quite large at ¥275. The staff were generally nice and even went out of their way to greet us by saying, ``Thank you for carrying the bridge for two days.'' What should I eat next? Next time, let's try "Sanzoku-yaki".
The prices are reasonable and everything you eat is delicious. The shredded yam and vinegared miso also have a simple and comforting taste. Nozawana tempura has a crispy coating and is exquisite. For drinks, call the staff and order. Food is written on a piece of paper on the table with a pencil and handed over. There are heaters under your feet that you can turn on as you like, so you can stay warm. I ordered Shirako ponzu sauce, but they said they didn't have much of it, so they put it in the sashimi platter, and when I counted there were 7 different types. The Umeboshi Sour is also delicious, and I can't believe it's only 350 yen because it contains so much red shiso and umeboshi! After paying, I was given a kind word, telling me to be careful as it was cold, and a warm mini-hokkai. This is a shop I would like to visit again when I come to Nagano.
