In particular, the menu is full of uniqueness, such as comparing the miso and salt flavors of beef tongue, collaboration menus with beef tongue (beef ribs, pork loin, chicken thighs), and hitsumabushi beef tongue. This time I ordered the "Specially Selected Beef Tongue Set Meal" and it was relatively quick to arrive. There are 9 pieces of beef tongue, and it comes with tail soup, tororo, and barley rice. The taste is exquisite, with the sweetness from the soft beef tongue, and the miso goes perfectly with it, giving you an exquisite taste. Furthermore, you can enjoy different tastes with seasonings such as yuzu pepper, ginger, lemon juice, and spicy miso on the table, making it the best grilled beef tongue. The tail soup was also delicious and a perfect dish. I would definitely like to come back next time with the beef tongue hitsumabushi.
