Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Yuba-gozen Sun Field

Really cool and calm little restaurant run by elderly. They were so sweet and accommodating. While they only have one set meal on the menu, it was really delicious and healthy!

Very nice tasty set meal. My first experience with Yuba for dinner and had a great tasting non-alcoholic beer as well. Went back again the next day for lunch. A small restaurant so plan accordingly for when you want to eat.

All I can say is, the 45minutes of waiting in line is very worthwhile!! This is my first time to eat Yuba and it is really an amazing experience! I didn't knew that Tofu can be this amazing! So Delicious! Especially at this small restaurant. I also like it because all of their staff seems to be making Yuba set for years and know what they are making.
