Very nice gyutan taste and service

The beef tongue is thick, yet soft and delicious. I also added an egg grater and two pieces of sashimi. Recently, it seems that they have a large selection of original craft beers, but unfortunately, I was only there for lunch, so I wasn't able to try any of them. Will visit again when I can drink. The craft beers were in cans rather than barrels, but they all had authentic flavors and were really delicious. Also, I think it's only available in Koriyama, but they also had horse sashimi. It's a beef tongue dish, so it's a bit expensive, but the craft beer horse sashimi was also reasonably priced.

It was delicious, just as I had hoped. After all, I wanted barley rice and yam instead of vinegared rice for the beef tongue. . . Sad in a good way?
