Sister restaurant of Yakiniku restaurant Gyeongju. This is a hamburger specialty store, and the hamburgers are made from 100% Japanese black beef without any fillers. First, purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine at the entrance. “Loose meat x Tanburg combo” (2,500 yen) Tanburg is a hamburger made from 100% beef tongue. The manager is a woman who was in Gyeongju and had excellent customer service. The hamburger steak is large, so it has a lot of volume. And as you can see in the photo, the inside is a rare finish. You may either like or dislike this, but I don't think you can eat something rare like this unless you are confident in the freshness and taste of the meat. Refills of rice are OK. It was nice to see that they were particular about the rice and seasonings.

Since I don't know much about this area, I used the multi-storey parking lot at the station for parking. It's a 2-3 minute walk, and if you're familiar with the area, there might be a good parking lot. There is a ticket vending machine outside the store entrance. I was debating between the 100% Kuroge Wagyu Beef Loose Meat or the Tanburger, but I couldn't resist the desire to compare them, so I went for the combo, 2,500 yen. First of all, the meat bowl was distinctive, I wonder if a plate would be enough? This is a style of eating with chopsticks. Both meats can be grilled on the outside or rare on the inside. Personally, I like the sauce or ponzu sauce for grilled meat, and the wasabi for rare meat. I usually only eat junky meat, so I felt cleansed by eating this meat. If you have to choose between the two, I recommend the loose meat. Refills of rice are free, and of course I had to bounce the meat around while I was eating it. The store manager also comes by to check on me from time to time. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received.

While looking at Google Maps, I found a restaurant in front of Takada Station that looked delicious and decided to visit it. The loose meat, which is big like a ball, is cooked rare and perfectly delicious! The rice and miso soup are also made with great care. The customer service is also great and this is 5 stars! !
