Sukiya is said to be a fast food restaurant, so I went there without worrying about the customer service. When the store was empty, there was a staff member who was playing with his smartphone, but he noticed me and the customer service was pleasant. A few times I saw him ignoring the notification buzzer, and I felt sorry for him because he called the store... It's amazing how he manages the store while basically contacting the people above him. I was impressed. I have some private language, but I think it's normal because I'm a human being. It's better than having to fiddle with your smartphone unnecessarily. Also, when I looked at the lowercase letters under the name tag, I noticed that the staff from another store had also come to work there, so I thought it wasn't something to write a review about easily. The taste is normal Sukiya. There's no complicated customer service, and it's easy to go. However, there are a lot of insects! And the sensor at the entrance? Looks like it's a little broken...? Head office, do something! That's what I think, and I wrote it in the questionnaire. Well, I don't think I'll write a review just after going once. I've been going there for a few months and I've noticed a lot of change. I get the impression that there are people who are really nice to deal with, but they end up quitting because of a difficult customer. When I went back in March for the first time in a while, I saw someone throwing a slip at a store employee who was working seriously. Worst store! It says, but tea is served properly and it's cleaned up. I think it depends on the time of day. I have a lady who usually has a fixed time of day when she goes. The clerks are friendly, but they work when they work properly. It's good because they provide good customer service. I'm grateful that you didn't quit even when you had some strange customers. I wonder if there are a lot of strange people in Fuchu City 😅
