Great inexpensive place to go to when you want a quick bite!

Extremely convenient, located right by train station. It's very clean and affordable. The self serve style is efficient. Food quality was good, and good portions. I would definitely recommend this place, specially the barbecue beef set meal.

5 stars for being open 24 hours and literally across the road from the train station. There aren't many other options open super late here. Matsuya was awesome for a midnight meal, and was just a few minutes walk from my hotel. Gyunabe set meal (590 yen) was delicious, a nice little hotpot with plenty of beef and lots of the nabe stew to go with rice. Lovely soft boiled egg. Lots of condiments available at the table. Order and pay from the vending machine outside, and collect your food when your number is called, ready within minutes!
