Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Yoshinoya Shimokitazawa Station East

I realize now why Yoshinoya is an iconic brand in Japan. Its locations in Northern America are a sad and unfair representation of the national brand. Japan's version of fast food/gyudon dining reminds me of the best fast casual restaurants in the States. This location seems particularly new and spacious. The food was flawless for the price. It was easy to self-order on the tablet, and still the workers were hospitable and friendly nonetheless.

I don't know why, but it tastes better than other branches. There were several languages ​​on the ordering pad(?), so it was nice to look at it slowly and eat alone. I wanted to eat again, so I visited another branch and was disappointed 🥹 It’s bigger and more comfortable than other chain stores.

A decent store. I wonder if it's directly managed. The presentation was perfect and the quantity was exactly as ordered. It's safe.
