Good food as always at any Matsuya. This one has been updated where you place your order on a big touch screen, pay, take your ticket, and sit down until they call your number (probably COVID related).

It is on the second floor of the same building as Matsuya. There is an escalator on the Hakusan-dori side, so go up there and you will find the store on your right. Please note that there are steps inside the store. It's a self-service restaurant, so if you buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine, you can just reserve a seat. When it's ready, you'll be called by the ticket number. I go to the counter to pick it up. In addition, miso soup and rice are free to refill. After eating, bring the tray to the return port. There are two ticket vending machines, both of which are compatible with various QR codes, and one of which is compatible with transportation ICs such as Suica. Water and tea are also self-service. There are 3 counter-like islands with 3 people facing each other (with a screen) and 8 islands with 2 people facing each other, with a capacity of 34 people. There are two child seats, but the counter-style seat is fixed, so it will inevitably be a table. This is a sofa on one side. There is one shared toilet for men and women. It was beautiful.
