Needless to say, Matsuya is a super major chain store.I didn't take any pictures because I thought there was no need to write a review, but I would like to say a few words. While self-service is becoming more and more popular everywhere, this is the first "regular service" shop I've encountered in a while. If everything is streamlined too much, it will inevitably have a negative impact on the staff's motivation to improve, and I am especially concerned that the concept of customer care (attention) is in danger of extinction, but this store... Although some of the walls and floors show signs of wear due to age, hygiene is well maintained, and cutlery and seasonings are perfectly stocked. The restrooms are clean and the store is safe for women and children to use. It goes without saying that the food is delicious, and I felt like I was reminded once again of what a restaurant should be.
