Matsuya is amazing for foreigners as you can order a variety of food with a machine in English, little conversation (if any needed) the food tastes great and while it won't be the best food you have in Japan. It's really good anyway especially when you consider the cost! It's so cheap! These restaurants are everywhere and for good measure too! You even get a bowl of soup with each meal too! Happy Days!
