One of my favorite gyudon restaurant. Because besides being cheap, this restaurant is easy to find throughout Japan. Especially in big cities. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is the same as the usual Yoshinoya restaurant. The food is delicious as usual. But the service here is good. When I opened the door, I was immediately greeted warmly and asked to sit in the designated seat. Other than that when my water ran out, without me asking, the staff immediately fill it up again as a service. The staff doesn't seem Japanese but the service is good.

Clean. Quick. Cheap. Sorry, I couldn't think of another "C" word that wouldn't get flagged. Great fresh food and always nice staff. A perfect place if you are looking for fast eating in the area.

You can never go wrong with Yoshinoya in Japan. Cheap, cheerful and so so tasty. Go with the classic beef bowl and maybe a raw egg if you can handle that. Even the curry beef is most excellent.
