Addendum (2023.09.14) I often use it from 17:00 to 20:00, but after 19:00 the staff probably changes, and even when it's not particularly crowded or there are only 2 groups of customers, I'm distracted by some chores. There was no greeting, and there was no water. Even so, it still comes out at the same time as the ordered item, but today it didn't come out until the end. Addendum (2023.04.25) I added a star because I saw the middle-aged female clerk who works around 17:00 on weekdays being polite and kind many times, including dealing with elderly people who cannot use the touch panel for takeout. I ordered a three-piece beef bowl and oden set. I was satisfied with the customer service and the beef bowl. However, I couldn't get the subtle curry flavor of the oden. Is this Sukiya style oden? postscript Apparently it was a staff mistake. According to the customer service, it is possible that the oden pack and the curry pack were boiled in hot water in the same container.

I'm glad that the cheerful and energetic female clerk has good amiability. I came here because I wanted to eat guinea fowl chicken curry that I saw in a commercial, but unfortunately it was sold out. It seems to be a popular menu.
