I was surprised to see so many reviews criticizing the customer service. I occasionally use takeout, and this was the first time I've had water served, but I've never seen such unpleasant staff... I neither like gyudon nor hate it, but I love Matsuya's oily beef yakiniku. If I can eat it without gaining weight, I would like to eat it every day.
