How about checking the seats a little more regularly? A dirty table wipe, a miso soup lid left out. It's not very pleasant. It's a waste because the taste is delicious.

Being open 24 hours is helpful. I think it's a very flexible restaurant because if a friend wants to eat and I come in late at night or in the morning after drinking, but I don't want to eat, I don't have to order anything. Also, this applies to Matsuya as a whole, but I wish they would accept credit cards.
