This store is a little different from the usual Yoshigyu. Commonly known as “Kuroyoshinoya”. The interior has a cafe-like atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal while relaxing. Unlike the usual Yoshigyu, it is self-service (order and pick up at the counter) like a fast food restaurant. In addition, there are store-limited menus such as a drink bar and fried chicken.

The amount of meat is less... or rather, it feels like it's put in by weighing it exactly, so I think the volume is less than other stores. However, the texture of the meat doesn't feel rough and the presentation is beautiful, so I guess they pay a lot of attention to removing fat, cooking manuals, and maintaining the cooker. It's been a while since I last used the Sakae store, but the store is clean and has a great atmosphere, and I will use it again. Although I was there around 8pm, the restaurant was busy with about half of the customers and three people ordering takeout.
