I took out the katsudon (katsudon) (^^) The staff was very polite and helpful!

This was my first time at this store, but I'm grateful that the food was delivered as quickly as usual! However, I can hear the staff talking, and while it's nice that they're teaching me, the way they say it is a bit confusing. . . Is this store a kitchen? Is it completely visible?
