I visited you in the afternoon at the end of the year. Tonkatsu is my favorite food and I've been to many shops.I thought it wouldn't be that bad because it's cheap, but it's delicious🍴😆✨

The new store is clean and convenient, with a drive-through and plenty of parking spaces. There are 3 touch panels and you can order by yourself which is very good. There is a separate seat where you can wait for takeout, so it's Hanamaru. Please understand that when ordering for takeout, it is a good deal if you buy in bulk, but if one item is extra rice, it will all be extra rice.

A system where you order at the monitor at the entrance and pay at the self-checkout. I didn't know how to pay, and when I was confused, a staff member came and told me how to pay. We had 4 children, so it must have been noisy, but we appreciate your kind response. If you were having trouble paying and it was too late to pick up your item, we asked if we could make it again. My mind and body were warm. I also want to go with my whole family.
