Iida, Nagano, Japan｜Kintaro

Everything is delicious. No deviations. I always order fried taro and fried octopus when I go there.

To be honest, I was surprised that Nagano, a prefecture without a sea, could serve such fresh sashimi. Seasonal dishes such as matsutake mushrooms steamed in an earthenware pot and marinated grated sardines...all of them were delicious. The timing of serving the food was exquisite, and we were able to have a good time without getting bored. The restaurant's recommended dish, fried octopus, is also very satisfying! I would like to visit again with my family next time.

All the sashimi and toppings are fresh and plentiful. I think it is amazing that this can be achieved in inland Iida City.
