Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜やまぼうし

I was staying at Route Inn Minami Matsumoto and looking for an izakaya within walking distance.I saw reviews of this restaurant on Google Maps and went there. Wow, it was a really nice shop❗️ First of all, the personality of the master, the smiles and pleasantness of the staff are the best. Also, the sashimi platter was rich with tuna, botan shrimp, sweet shrimp, etc., and the taste was great, and to top it off, the head of the botan shrimp was fried. We had a chilled drink from Matsumoto's famous sake Taisekei, and we had the best night time in Matsumoto. The master was originally a fisherman, and the products selected by professionals are on a different level. This is a store we highly recommend. I would definitely like to go there again when I come to Matsumoto!

A restaurant where sashimi is very delicious. I told them my budget and asked them to leave it to me.

Tuna sashimi is delicious. It's fun to have a conversation with the customer next to you at the counter. From the master to the service knob, I was surprised by the alcohol!!
