Every time I visited Azumino, I was worried about it, but the counter was always full, and it seemed a bit too difficult to go alone, so I hesitated, but it was empty on this day, so I decided to visit. First, we made an assortment of sashimi. Even though I'm a first-time user, I'm extremely honored to have received such an engawa. Even though it's Azumino, everything is delicious. As expected, Sardine-kun cannot afford to eat in a port town, but that can't be helped. Don't push yourself too hard. Choshi and Kujukuri will no longer exist. The fried horse mackerel tasted better than the famous ones in Tateyama, which are often seen on TV. Plus, the eggplant is perfect. So many? I thought, but it disappeared in no time. In addition, I was overwhelmed by the last soba. It is exactly the taste of soba in the Matsumoto and Azumino areas. First-class thinness. It doesn't matter if it's harder, crisper, or chewier than this. It's just the right amount of seasoning without any tooth loss. Thank you for the meal.
