Nagano, Japan｜目利き超人 魚’Ｓまん

I arrived at this shop as a solo female traveler from Saitama Prefecture after crossing the Toyama Alpine Route and getting tired of walking. I came alone on a weekday, so I guess it was empty. That's not what I thought! The seats filled up quickly! I ordered grilled rib roast yukhoe, grilled yellowtail with grated ponzu sauce, and my offal stew with lemon sour. Afterwards, we enjoyed a set of 3 types of sake and miso-grilled oysters. All the menu items I ordered were super delicious! I'm impressed! ! The staff at the hall explained about sake and I was impressed by their kind and courteous customer service.
