Nagano, Japan｜うわだち 純米酒と自然派ワイン

Chanced upon this restaurant close to our hotel on Google map. The dishes were superb, especially the fried blow fish (first time eating the notoriously difficult to prepare pufferfish!)...Fresh Sashimi, interesting salad with persimmon. Everything nicely prepared and presented very thoughtfully. Thanks for the unforgettable dining! experience.

First visit in March 2023. While traveling, I searched for a restaurant that seemed to serve delicious Japanese sake and found it. As you can see in the photo, each dish is carefully prepared and very delicious. It feels more like a small restaurant than an izakaya. As for alcohol, I was able to compare three types of sake, and compared them with sake from Shinshu. As you can see in the photo, they even have a handwritten label, which gives it a warm feel. At this time, Daishinshu was stabbed. This is the store I want to visit next time I go to Nagano.
