I went to Nagano on a business trip. I was walking around looking for dinner and the atmosphere seemed nice so I went in. Is it still new or the store is clean and has a scent of wood. The appetizer is winter melon chilled sauce. We ordered a variety of items, including a 7-course tempura course, fried chicken, and an assortment of sashimi. The shop sells tempura, especially the sweet bream tempura was fluffy, the scales were crispy, and the taste was rich and delicious. Each item, including vegetable tempura and appetizers, was carefully prepared and delicious. The nozawana tempura ochazuke that I asked for was also good. The two of us ate and drank a lot and it was about 13,000 yen. The store manager (maybe?) was very responsive, and I definitely want to go again when I stay in Nagano.

The appetizer was made with Japanese yam cooked in dashi stock and topped with bean paste, but it was a proper dish and very delicious. I ordered two types of sashimi, sautéed duck meat, fried shiba shrimp, and a mini tempura bowl with egg to finish, all of which were delicious and went well with the sake. I'm very happy to have found such a delicious restaurant. I think the tempura ingredients change depending on the season, so I would like to visit again.
