More Comments at Google MapVisited on Friday around 7pm. It was almost full. Reservations are required! This is Part 2 of the restaurants recommended by locals that you should go to if you like fish. This was just as delicious as I said~♡ ■Raw horse sashimi from Aizu It's fresh, has no odor or taste, and the flavor and sweetness of the lean meat is exquisite ♡ The melt-in-the-mouth texture is also unique to horse sashimi. In Fukushima and Aizu, it seems that the mainstream is to use ``spicy miso'' as a condiment. The spicy miso with the aroma of garlic and the tingle of chili pepper made the horse sashimi light. I felt that it brought out the deliciousness of the red meat. ■Namero of tuna Namerou is often made with horse mackerel. Trying tuna namerou for the first time is a new sensation of deliciousness! This is the best for drinking alcohol ♡ Unlike horse mackerel, it doesn't have the same taste as blue fish, so I think it's quite easy to eat. It felt like the umami of the sticky and rich tuna was concentrated! ■Assorted sashimi The sashimi made with the shop's homemade soy sauce looks beautiful, and above all, it's super delicious ♡ Only the bonito had a slight smell, but it didn't bother me. The taste of each item was outstanding. By the way, the photo shows 4 servings each. ■Silt roe ponzu sauce Creamy and rich ♡ It melts in your mouth. Why is it so delicious just by boiling it and adding ponzu sauce? It was a masterpiece that went well with Japanese sake ♡ ■Extra large burikama grilled with salt It’s my first time using such a big Burikama…♡ It was very satisfying to eat, and as a Kama salt lover, I was excited (lol) The meat is plump and has plenty of fat, and it's simply amazing! It was a standing ovation. There are so many types of sake that I can't remember how many I drank (lol) Of course, I was seriously hungover the next day. It was the best food and the best alcohol ♡ I'll come back later! Thank you for the meal!
It feels like you can enjoy a homely feast in a cozy and relaxing space. It is served in an elegant setting, so it might be fun to use it for a date, etc. It seems. The bonito seared with salt was light and had a nice rich taste.
