I only get to visit it once in a while, but it's my favorite shop. In a small and beautiful restaurant, you can enjoy delicious fish, oden, soba, and other special dishes☺️I think whatever you eat will be delicious. The speed at which the food is served is such that you can relax and enjoy it while enjoying a delicious drink. The owner and his wife have a nice atmosphere and the space is comfortable. There are many shops in Asahi, and new ones are opening, but I like Wagen the best.

Oden with a focus on delicious fish gathered from all over the country! ! Of course the food is delicious, but above all, the general's personality and concern are wonderful! Fish can be served not only as sashimi, but also grilled, boiled, and fried! You will notice that the faces of the fish are so different depending on how you cook them (^-^) Your knowledge of food will expand! There is a wide variety of ingredients for oden, such as handmade Isaki fishballs, ganmodoki, and kurumafu! We recommend namafu (^_^) ノ You can enjoy a chewy and wonderful texture! The a la carte menu changes weekly, so I look forward to going there every week. The oden is of course delicious, but everything else is delicious and satisfying! I think Sapporo Black Label is the best place to drink in Koriyama. The bubbles are fine and creamy! The Japanese sake mixed with dashi soup is devilishly delicious, and before I knew it, it was sticky lol I want to go again~
