Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜刺身居酒屋 だんちゃん

A friend from Hokkaido, who was attending a certain seminar with me, approached me and invited me to participate in the local member's launch event, and took me there. When I came to Sapporo, I was finally able to eat seafood. Both sashimi and shellfish are fresh and delicious! And the famous hokke fries and grilled king salmon. Both are delicious! Zangi is also delicious! I forgot to take a picture, but I wanted to try the ankake yakisoba, which is a Hokkaido gourmet dish, so I was happy! The 〆 is a small udon and a salt rice ball that is just the right size and has a good amount of salt. I would love to come again. I had to leave in a hurry to return on the last flight from New Chitose, I was satisfied with my stomach and heart. Thank you for the meal~♬

I entered at the last minute to meet a friend, but they accepted it willingly and made an assortment of sashimi. Fresh sashimi, delicious! I have visited several times, but every dish is delicious ❣️

Finally, we headed to the northern sacred place "Danchan". This is truly a place where humans can be human. Here you can find the original image that has been lost in recent years. Last year, there was an uproar in some quarters where people said, ``Maybe it's a rip-off.'' This is my personal opinion, I think he is very conscientious, far from being lazy. I was particularly impressed with the shellfish sashimi. The texture is plump and crunchy, and the subtle sweetness fills your mouth 😋 As for the Kitayori gai, it was the best I've ever had in my life ❗️ I was ecstatic. The famous fried Atka mackerel has a fluffy texture and a melt-in-the-mouth taste. You can have as many as you want. The additional zangi I ordered was delicious, as if it were from a specialty restaurant. Both Dan-chan and the landlady have really nice personalities. It's a famous restaurant without a doubt.
