Brasserie Ginjo is located in Kotoni. This is a Japanese restaurant directly managed by a seafood company, and there is a fish tank inside the restaurant, so you can enjoy fresh seafood. This is a restaurant where you can also enjoy soba and eel for lunch. I order Toshikoshi Soba every year. If you order it here, you won't be able to buy it anywhere else lol This time I visited for dinner. It may sound like a cliché, but if you want to bring your important guests, you can't go wrong with this place! It's that kind of shop. There's everything from seafood to meat dishes, and you'll often find Chinese food as well. Due to its location, I don't think anyone who doesn't live in Kotoni will have a chance to go there, but I think it's worth going out of your way to visit.

First visit since moving. Corona misfortune, we changed our business straight, and now we are working on eel. Comes with a large serving of hitsumabushi and mini soba noodles. The eel here isn't steamed, so the skin is crispy and chewy inside, which you can't really taste in Sapporo. Very delicious! The soba was also authentic, and I especially liked the crisp soup. I want to come slowly at night when I calm down a little.
