I wanted to eat both Genghis Khan and seafood for the last supper of my 20-day business trip to Hokkaido, so I went to "Hamakko Odori Clock Tower". When I called during the day, it was Friday night, but it was empty if I was alone, so it was safe to slip in! ! The response of the staff who received the reservation call is also ◎! ! (Because it was Friday night, the seat is a two-hour system) When I came to the store on time, it was a counter, but it was separated by a transparent partition, and it felt like a small space for one person, so I gave it high marks. (Reservations are required as the restaurant was full!) The recommended menu is different, but the raw oysters I wanted to eat were sold out at 18:30! ! Therefore, the seafood platter costs 3850 yen for 2 people, but even one person made it for about 2000 yen for 1 person. The contents are almost the same 9 types. You can enjoy a variety of sashimi by reducing the number of cuts, and it's a good deal, and it's delicious! ! ! And it's great to have mountain wasabi to change with sashimi! The homemade Genghis Khan I ordered is 150g of meat, bean sprouts and onions. This goes too well with beer. good... (Since the owner has a lot of interference, it's hell to bake in front of the iron plate all year round, so I'm grateful for this...) And for a limited time, you can eat Yubari melons for 200 yen...! ! The staff in the hall and kitchen are very friendly, and I highly recommend this place for shochu lovers who can't drink sake! ! ! ! ! (← There are so many types of shochu!!!) Around 19:30 on Sunday, everywhere was full, but I was lucky enough to enter Hamakko-san, of course, the store was full. I tried a variety of recommended dishes and they were all delicious. In particular, oyster dengaku is recommended. More like oyster gratin than dengaku. Creamy and rich, it goes well with sake. It's a very pleasant customer service, and it's a shop I want to repeat.

Since I'm traveling to Hokkaido, I want to eat delicious food! With that in mind, I made a reservation for "Hamakko", and it was really the best! Assorted sashimi with outstanding freshness, oyster dengaku that is sure to be repeated, seasonal asparagus, shishamoya unique to Hokkaido, and jaguabata. No matter what you order, you will never regret it! It was a shop I definitely want to visit when I come to Hokkaido again!
