Start with Sapporo Classic draft beer and assorted tuna. As always, the head meat melts in the mouth and is excellent, but the head meat is also a dish that is not seen in ordinary sushi restaurants. Victory is already certain. Next, assorted wild vegetables. Authentic wild vegetable tempura is lined up on the plate, no matter where it comes from.
