This is the best duck soup I've ever had. After checking out, we had a chat and found out that the store opened 47 years ago! There are also ``Mori'' and ``Kake'', but the main dish is duck soup soba. Same menu all year round. The soba noodles are from Hokkaido and were made last fall, but apparently it was a successful year. The duck soup is the oldest in Nasu, and although the recipe is probably a secret, the duck meat slices are also optimized according to the season. Wow, that was a surprise!! ️

A soba restaurant with an old private house-like appearance located on Nasu Route 68. I visited at the same time as the business opened and ordered Mori soba and oden. The soba noodles are like new soba noodles. It's delicious soba noodles. The oden was also delicious, and the miso sauce was sweet and exquisite. Although the menu is not large, it is enough if you eat only soba, and the price is very conscientious, not the tourist price in this area. This is one of the shops I want to visit regularly when I visit this area in the future.
