I am impressed and pleasantly surprised. This place was suggested by our hotel after I got turned down on another city king crab place cause I don’t have reservation even though the place was empty no customer when we walked in. This place is abt the freshest crab and seafood you can get. You chose and they will cook for you. They can grill or boil or whatever you like. FYI grilled is the best. Price is very reasonable. We spent ¥450000 or $325.00 with all the set of miso soup rice and some tsukemono. Also high ball and beer. Crab was 6 lbs or 2.7 kg. We definitely recommend this place. Once in the life time experience.

Choose your fresh seafood, especially crab from the market, before dining at the restaurant. King crab or tarabagani (タラバ蟹) can be both grilled and steamed. Grilled black cod and shima atka mackerel are also excellent.

Very good experience. Crab and Suisi are fresh and tasty ! Compare to 二條市場 I visited few days ago, this one is preferable. Food there are not attractive and shops are not so friendly.
