The fish is fresh and very delicious. In particular, the filefish sashimi and filefish aura miso soup are the best. Also, I definitely want you to try the fried shrimp and fried flounder. Even though the soup of the ramen is really light, the dashi stock is very effective and delicious. I want to go again when I return to Matsunaga.
