Old friends place. He has a fairly open menu. Not dirty but not up-to-date to say the least. But the design is there to keep the cost down. He passes that on to the customer. Go get a beer and say I said hi.

It's delicious, cheap, and has an outstanding volume. The famous Sanjuhi croquette contains mentaiko and cheese and is super delicious.
