For the first time in a long time, I went to Hokkaitei Isesaki Honcho, which I used to go to every week before Corona. I was relieved to see that the handsome store manager is still alive and well. The hall staff has rejuvenated a lot, but it was a brisk and pleasant customer service. The menu has also been enhanced with the addition of new products, and I was especially happy that the selection of whiskeys has increased considerably. This is a recommended izakaya where you can enjoy delicious sake and food at reasonable prices.
