Ramen was even served on the owner's chosen menu! It was delicious!

It's an old-fashioned izakaya called The Taishu Izakaya. The dishes and alcohol are cheap and delicious. The menu changes regularly, so you'll never get bored. It's also nice to enjoy conversation with regular customers. You can also consult the master about your life. It's good to be alone and lost in thought. This restaurant is the complete opposite of today's stylish izakayas with private rooms. It's a warm izakaya where you can feel the connection between people.

I am grateful to my master and his talented wife who always make it fun. It's my favorite shop because it's cheap, from snacks to fried food to alcohol, and it's full of handmade items. I will continue to go again.
