The bagna cauda sauce was heated in a fondue-like pot, and the charring was fragrant and delicious. Especially the water eggplants are fresh and delicious. Also, the puffed rice had rice grains that stood out, and the soup stock was strong enough to make me want to replace it. All the dishes were consistently delicious, and there were many types of sake to enjoy. Next time I would like to try different menu items a la carte.

All the dishes were delicious. I've been addicted to Iburigakko and Miso Cream Cheese recently, and I can't get enough of them! I will visit again soon!
