Revisited on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 5 p.m. No smoking. Reservation required. I called last minute and was able to enter the store for the first time in a while. It's always crowded and sometimes you can't get in even on weekdays. I was alone this time, but I didn't sit at the counter, but instead sat at a table. The sashimi was made with 3 types and 3 pieces (medium fatty tuna, octopus, and mackerel). I order fried small horse mackerel every time. The total cost was 5,300 yen for 3 cups of medium-sized sake. Although Utsunomiya is inland, the sashimi at this restaurant is much better than that in coastal cities!

The sashimi is thick and filling. Not only fish dishes, but also yakitori and fried chicken are delicious. Even if you don't like sashimi, there are grilled fish such as Yellowtail Kama, Kanpachi Kama, and Ayu, so even the whole family can easily come to the store. It's always crowded, so I recommend calling or making a reservation.
