Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜福のや

I wasn't expecting much from Tochigi, a prefecture with no sea, but the sashimi was extremely delicious. Many of the toppings were really good, and the sashimi, cut with a well-kept knife, had a nice texture.

I used it when I traveled. When I looked it up online, I heard that it had good reviews. It's a 4-5 minute walk from the station. The store is in the basement. There is a signboard at the entrance on the ground level, so that is the landmark. There are counter seats, tatami mats, and table seats. There were several male office workers in the store. The kitchen was in front of the counter, and the dishes were lined up. All the dishes were delicious. I could hear the commitment to the vessel. Especially the sashimi was fresh and delicious, so you can expect other dishes as well. Next time I come again, I would like to have other dishes.
