Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜Kamoshiya

This restaurant is always fully booked every time I go there, but luckily I found there were seats available for Saturday lunch. They offer a special menu only on Saturdays. It cost 1900 yen but all food was made very delicately with very good quality.

It was a small restaurant where you could feel the owner's kind personality everywhere, such as accommodating a half-size meal that wasn't on the menu, and making rice balls with the sea bream rice that he couldn't finish. The food was equally impressive with its gentle seasoning. Also, as he has a sommelier qualification, the selection of wines was excellent. This is a store that I would definitely like to visit again.
