Great place, delicious yuba, affordable price, and wonderful service!

After sightseeing in Nikko, I searched for some yuba (yuba yuba) and came here for lunch. It's so delicious! It didn't taste like that, but it was quite delicious. I thought the yuba sushi needed a little more flavor, but it wasn't bad (lol) I can't help but think that it's a bit naive to put yuba on rice and make yuba sushi lol. Well, it was delicious. The soba noodles are quite good. It doesn't feel super authentic, but it's pretty good. The noodles are quite hard and have an accentuated chewiness. I was able to fully enjoy the sweetness and aroma of the soba noodles. Enough for a sightseeing lunch. I think repeat is definitely possible. Thank you for the meal!

I got the yuba soba and yuba sushi set. good. Moreover, this content is cheap at 1400 yen. As you can see in other reviews, I was looking forward to it, but I understand the disappointment that the store was closed. However, it is too good to lower the evaluation.
