A steady queue here moves very fast. The yubamanju is especially delicious after catching a long train or a long day of sight seeing. Warm and crispy without being oily, sweet and salty. There is also a self serve tea, pour yourself hot or cold barley tea and enjoy your yubamanju on the seat.

A little stall selling Yuba Manju right opposite the Tobu-Nikko Station. Stuffed with sweet bean paste and deep fried like tempura with some salt sprinkle over it, quite crispy and tasty. There was constantly a short queue of customers mostly buying the Manju. This was our first bite and last of Yuba in Nikko on arrival and departure!
