The inside of the store was small and some people were drinking alone. You can enjoy Shimane cuisine, which is rare in Hiroshima city. Iwami pork steaks are often seen at other restaurants, but this one was particularly delicious. Although it is from Hiroshima, fried oysters are also delicious. When I went there, I was the only master, but I was able to respond politely and efficiently, and overall I was more than satisfied with the price. It was quiet without BGM, so I would be happy if you could let it flow.

Nodoguro, Iwami pork, Izumo soba, This is a Japanese izakaya with outstanding value for money, offering Hiroshima specialties such as red tempura. This is a restaurant where you can relax with a calm atmosphere and delicious food.

It is a restaurant that is particular about using ingredients from Shimane Prefecture, the birthplace of the master, so it is recommended for those from Shimane Prefecture. Next time I go, I would like to try the Nodoguro course meal.
